Rotary Club of Carnforth President John Blowes, is seen handing over a cheque for £587 to Becky Townson in recognition of Carnforth’s Beaver,
Cub and Scout leaders’ help, to bring Santa and his Sleigh to local villages last
Christmas.

This was on a night when parents were able to see the
numerous activates being enjoyed, and learn about progress on the construction
of the new Scout Hut and associated fund raising, to provide a high standard of
facilities.
