On 9 December, Carnforth Rotary President, Pete Lambson, presented headteacher of St. Luke’s Primary School Slyne, Paul Bowden, with a cheque for £300 from the Peter Jackson Charity. This charity wishes to support musical performance in schools. The school intend to buy some percussion instruments for use by all of the pupils.
